Yes! The BCV Grant includes all the interactive tools we’ve developed: MCQs, polls, video review integration, QR access—so your session is fully engaging.
The grant is usually for one event or cohort. If you’d like to run a short series, let us know. We sometimes support limited series if it fits the spirit of the program.
Yes, a small fee is fine as long as it’s ≤ 200€ and there’s no commercial sponsor connected.
Yes, as attendance isn’t the issue—sponsorship and promotional intent are. If the event is sponsor-free and educational, industry participants are welcome.
Yes, all cases must be de-identified. Ideally, remove patient information from DICOM files before uploading. Our built-in anonymizer also strips metadata automatically.
Special note for ultrasound images:
Some patient info may be “burned in” on the image itself. Make sure to remove or crop these identifiers. BCV includes an in-app cropper to make this quick and easy.
