A new film. a bigger vision.
With our new promotional film, we wanted to tell a simple story: medical images are no longer a niche topic. MRI scans, CT scans, and X-rays have become part of everyday life — in healthcare, in second opinions, and increasingly in personal conversations around health. And yet, sharing these images is still surprisingly difficult.
Most medical imaging is stored in DICOM, the standard file format for radiology. DICOM is powerful, but it was designed for clinical systems, not for simple everyday exchange. Files are often too large, too technical, and not easily opened on regular devices.
That is exactly where BerlinCaseViewer comes in.
BerlinCaseViewer began as a professional platform for education, collaboration, and case-based learning in medical imaging. Now, we are ready to think bigger. With seed funding from our business angel Digital Image Ventures, we are entering a new phase of growth — one that allows us to scale our vision, expand our reach, and explore the broader consumer market.
For Digital Image Ventures, the idea was clear: medical imaging is becoming more relevant to more people, and the way we access and share it needs to catch up. Their support gives us the momentum to take that next step.
Our new film reflects exactly this shift. It puts the spotlight on a future in which medical images can move more easily, more naturally, and more globally between people.
BerlinCaseViewer was built in the professional world.
Now we are preparing for something bigger.
