Clinical Insights: Rheuma Day 2024 — Focussing on MSK Radiology
Rheumatism? That’s always a case for rheumatology, isn’t it? Not quite. The approximately 200 diseases from the rheumatic spectrum also play a prominent role in musculoskeletal radiology (MSK).
Following the success of last year’s 1st Rheuma Day, we are delighted to announce the comeback of Rheuma Day for March 22nd 2024. This time around as a hybrid event.
Look forward to hands-on intensive courses and state-of-the-art interdisciplinary presentations. At the event, you’ll have the opportunity for networking with other professionals and to directly engage with the experts.
Rheuma Day: Uniting Experts, Anywhere
With over 90 enthusiastic participants, Rheuma Day 2023 showed us: There is an interest in an interdisciplinary approach to MSK radiology that extends far beyond Germany. That’s why we’ve decided to hold this year’s event in English to reach even more radiologists from around the world.
What’s New With Rheuma Day 2024
We are delighted to have the support of the German Society of Musculoskeletal Radiology (DGMSR) and the European Society of Musculoskeletal Radiology (ESSR). Our educational program is recognized as a component for both the DGMSR Diploma and the ESSR Diploma. Additionally, the Berlin Medical Association accredits 10 CME points in Category A for this event.
This year’s workshop comes with exciting changes. Rheuma Day 2024 will be held as a hybrid event for the first time. Participants can choose whether to travel to Berlin or to take part online while enjoying the comfort of their home.
On the agenda are interactive intensive courses featuring previously unpublished case studies, perfectly aligned with the presentations of the five experts.
Get ready for state-of-the-art information and fresh insights into various conditions, as well as relevant differential diagnoses. Taking into account the key imaging modalities from X-ray to MRI to CT, the speakers will address, among others, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthritis, scleroderma, and gout, as well as osteitis condensans ilii and the SAPHO and CNO syndromes.
