The Christmas lecture on axial spondyloarthritis: It’s scrumptious

Now one might ask: What does the most beautiful Christmas cookie with medical relevance actually look like? Does an entire dough skeleton fit in the oven? And what ingredients is such a cookie made of for Santa Claus, M.D.? With the BerlinCaseViewer the matter was clear: Under the banner of biscuitology, we would bake sacroiliitis, syndesmophytes and the like.

Radiology of foot and ankle: New BerlinCaseViewer module

With the “Ankle & Foot” module, doctors have the opportunity to sharpen their eye for the different conditions. On the basis of twelve cases, Professor Iris Eshed from Israel introduces the systematics of these diseases and shows how they can be differentiated from one another. In the course of this, osteoarthritis and other forms of arthritis are compared, whereby rheumatic disease in particular is often difficult to recognize in practice. Tumors are added to the range of differential diagnoses.

BerlinCaseViewer for Android & IDoR 2021 about Active Learning

Today we are celebrating the 10th International Radiology Day - IDoR 2021. Every year, radiologists use November 8th to raise awareness of the importance of medical imaging around the world. It was on this day that Conrad Wilhelm Röntgen discovered X-rays 126 years ago. Today, on top of that, we're celebrating also the release of the Android version of the BerlinCaseViewer app.

These features come with the new BerlinCaseViewer version

Continuing education in radiology made easy - following this credo, we regularly update the BerlinCaseViewer app. This way you can study our special cases even more intuitively. The current version is a tad more user-friendly and also comes with a few new features.

8 more languages: BerlinCaseViewer becomes multilingual

Starting this fall, the learning content of our radiology app will be available in eight more languages in addition to German and English: Spanish, French, Chinese, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Romanian and Greek. In this article, we reveal why we put so much effort into making the BerlinCaseViewer app multilingual, when we seemingly already have a common language with English.
